    I had no idea, literally no idea you could use bones from already cooked/roasted chicken. Up until this point I threw them out after the meal was done. I always felt bad for that, but I thought once cooked/roasted, it can't be used again. What a shame... This is pure gold. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. ❤️

I got tired of buying pre-made bone broth because of so many additives in it (not to mention sodium level in store bought bone broth is above the roof!) or waiting until I buy a piece of meat with enough raw bones to make a bone broth. I'm currently supplementing collagen, but I will most definitely make my own from now on and, hopefully, won't need to supplement further. Would you give me a recommendation on how much to take per day? Thank you in advance, Jessica, for sharing your knowledge with us ❤️ I have to say, I am so glad I stumbled across your channel. I sincerely can't remember the last time I found a channel that I enjoyed watching as much as yours. I immediately subscribed.     For the navel oil could you use frankincense pure essential oil instead of the pure resin? If so how much? 🙂

      Hi Natalie, the oil could absolutely work, maybe 2-3 drops per-bottle. However, the resin has more therapeutic compounds, as it's the complete source of frankincense before the distillation process. I hope thats helpful!

    Yes, please continue with the "that mom" series. I love it. Im loving the glow up series and the what you eat in a day for healing hormones also ❤ I have a question on the protien coffee. Does it have to be raw milk or grass fed milk to make it a complete protien? I typically use oat milk. I dont have a lot of milk because I am sensitive to the dairy, and it bothers my stomach.
